About Badr Company
Specialists for every trade, held together by strong project management. That's how each service ends up with the best result.
Who we are
Specialists per trade, one organisation
Badr Company is an interior finishing business from IJsselmuiden, in the Zwolle region. We work across the Netherlands, for homeowners, landlords and businesses.
Our strongest point is our organisation. Every trade has its own group of professionals. Our plasterers do plastering, our tilers do tiling, and so on. Someone who does the same trade every day works faster, more precisely and delivers a better result than someone who does a bit of everything.
Everything is coordinated by our project management. They make the schedule, make sure the crews don't get in each other's way and check each stage before the next one starts. You have one point of contact, even when several trades are working in your home at the same time.
A dedicated crew per service
Seven trades, seven specialist crews
Plastering crew
Our plasterers work exclusively with plaster: walls and ceilings, new or old, smooth, paint-ready, wallpaper-ready or textured. They know the right layer thickness for each surface, so the finish is even and ready for paint or wallpaper.
Dry-construction crew
Partition walls, new internal walls, dropped ceilings and pipe boxing on metal studs. Our dry-construction team checks every wall for plumb and level, so the joins are tight before any plaster or paint goes on.
Tiling crew
Our tilers lay wall and floor tiles, including large formats up to 120 × 60. We start with a tile layout so the cut lines work out. Then we adhere, grout and seal neatly, on a surface that has been checked beforehand.
Flooring crew
Levelling, vinyl, laminate and herringbone, with skirting and thresholds. Our floor layers always start with a flat, dry subfloor, because that's where the quality of a floor begins. They allow for expansion and lay herringbone with precision.
Painting crew
Interior painting for walls, ceilings, frames and doors. Two coats, crisp lines and neatly finished edges. Everything is covered first, so your floor and furniture stay clean.
Bathroom crew
A bathroom renovation is a chain of steps: demolition, plumbing, waterproofing, tiling and fitting the fixtures. Our bathroom crew keeps that order, so each stage happens at the right moment and is checked before the next one starts.
Dormer crew
We build dormers to measure, on site: timber frame, EPDM roof, uPVC frames with HR++ glazing and the complete interior finish. With the permit check and drawings done beforehand, the build runs smoothly.
Management
How we safeguard quality
Project management
One person coordinates the schedule, the crews and the handovers. You don't have to mediate between tradespeople.
Fixed crews
The same people for the same trade. No rotating staff and no time lost on induction.
Checks per stage
Each stage is checked before the next begins: substrate, pipes and finish.
Fixed schedule
A planning with start date and stages, agreed in advance. If there's a delay, we tell you straight away and agree a new date.
Handover with a checklist
We walk through the work together with a checklist. Small snags are fixed within an agreed period.
Reachable
A short update with photos via WhatsApp every working day, in Dutch, English or Russian.
What we stand for
Our promises to you
Beyond craftsmanship, we keep a few fixed agreements. You know the price in advance, extra work only goes ahead with your approval, and we leave everything tidy. If something isn't needed, we say so. If it can be done cheaper, we say that too.
Badr Company is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and insured for business liability. You always receive an invoice and a 3-year guarantee on our workmanship.
