How we calculate
What's in the price?
Rates
Each service has its own rate: plastering and painting per m², tiles and floors per m² and running metre, a bathroom per item and a dormer per metre of width. Small extra jobs are charged at € 50 per hour excl. VAT. The quote contains a fixed price, not an open-ended bill.
VAT
Labour for plastering and painting in a home older than 2 years is 9% VAT. Other work, such as tiles, floors and drywall partitions, is 21%. Read more.
Materials
Materials are listed separately in the quote. You can buy them yourself or we order them for you, without hidden mark-up.
Travel costs
Included, anywhere in the Netherlands. For work far outside the Zwolle region we agree in advance how we plan the travel time.
Minimum
Each job has a minimum charge: € 250 for plastering and painting, € 300 for drywall and flooring, € 400 for tiling. We're happy to combine small jobs in one visit.
Extra work
Only with your approval. If we come across something, you get photos and a price first.
