2. Which data, why and on what legal basis
Quote request via the website
- Data: Name, phone number, type of work, room, area, preferred start
- Purpose: Contacting you, planning a site visit, preparing a quote
- Legal basis: Steps at your request before entering into a contract
Contact by phone, WhatsApp or email
- Data: The information you send us, such as messages and photos
- Purpose: Answering your question and preparing the work
- Legal basis: Steps before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering questions
Job and invoice
- Data: Name, address of the work, contact details, agreements, photos of the work
- Purpose: Carrying out the work, invoicing, warranty
- Legal basis: Performance of the contract and legal obligation (records)

- Data: Photos you upload yourself
- Purpose: Estimating the room's measurements
- Legal basis: Your consent, given by uploading photos
We never ask for special categories of personal data, such as health data. Please don't include them in your message or photos.
3. Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We only use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Vercel (hosting of this website).
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): delivers your quote request to us by email.
- Google (Gmail): our email, where requests arrive.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you contact us via WhatsApp.
- Anthropic (Claude): only for the photo estimate, if you upload photos. We don't store those photos.
- Our accountant, for the records of jobs and invoices.
Otherwise we only share data when the law requires us to.
4. Data outside the European Union
Some of these service providers are based in the United States, so data may be processed outside the EU. This only happens with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
- Requests that don't lead to a job: deleted no later than one year after the last contact.
- Data belonging to a job and invoice: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
- Photos for the photo estimate: not stored. They are only used for the estimate.
6. Security
We protect your data with appropriate measures. The website uses a secure connection (https) and our accounts are password-protected. Only Badr Company and the service providers listed above have access to your data.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. That's why you don't see a cookie banner.
- Language choice: we remember in your own browser (localStorage) whether you view the site in Dutch or English. This is functional and needed for the site to work, so no consent is required. You can clear it in your browser settings.
- External files: fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, photos from Unsplash and Pexels, and the 3D view via Cloudflare. Your browser connects to their servers for this, which means they see your IP address. Vercel also processes your IP address to show the site.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object, restrict processing and ask for your data to be transferred. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email Badrkomp@gmail.com for any of this. We reply within one month.
If you're not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this statement. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
